Analisis Bisnis Mochi Ice Cream di Makassar

Abstrak :
Anita Rahmah Muhtadin (461 12 004), “Analysis Business of Mochi Ice Cream in Makassar”, guided by the first counselor, Bahri and the second counselor, Afdaliah.
Business feasibility study is a business that researching and studying deeply about business activity done by to valuate feasible or unfeasible the business to be operated.
The aim of this research is to know the feasible or unfeasible the making and selling the Mochi Ice Cream with seeing from various aspect, namely: law, marketing, economic and social, and financial aspect. Analysis method that used in this research is descriptive analysis by using qualitative and quantitative approach.
The results of this research are showing that from six aspects which valuated, the business is feasible to operate it. In law aspect the business fill all the company founding requirement. In marketing aspect have big opportunities in Makassar area. In operation aspect be able to product appropriate with selling target. In human resources department aspect, this business capable to support the operational activity of company. In organization aspect, this business has the organization structure, separating between task and job description clearly. In management aspect has vision and mission can be orientation of company in the future. In social aspect can absorb the employee and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) form of this company like contribution of government activity. In economy aspect be able to increase the revenue of society and government. In financial aspect has eight indicators used to showing that business is feasibility to be operate it.
