Abstrak :

A. Muh. Lutfi Ahmad (461 12 013) “Comparative Financial Performance  of Shares in Publicly-Listed Sea Transportation Company” Supervised by Nurhilalia and Tamrin.
This research aims to understand financial performance by using the method S-Score and their influence on stock prices. The method of analysis used descriptive analysis quantitative.
Research result showed that prediction financial performance S-Score model for PT Mitra Bantera Segara Sejati Tbk with S-Score of 0,829 which means financial performance unhealthy, for PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk has S-Score value of 0,575 which means that financial performance unhealthy and PT Indoexchange Tbk has S-Score value of 2,606 which means financial performance healthy. From scratch S-Score for PT Mitra Mitra Bantera Segara Sejati Tbk and PT Indoexchange Tbk  there is no significant influence on stock prices, whereas PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk has shown that the financial performance S-Score method significant to share prices.
