Abstrak :

Remon Agit Rimang " Management Audit on Functionality Pharmacy Installation at the Rumah Sakit Khusus Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar", under the direction of advisor I, Mrs. Rastina and advisor II, Mr. Mansur.
Most hospital in Indonesia have not done pharmaceutical care activities as expected, and hospital pharmacy which is still conventional oriented only on products that limited supply and distribution.
This study was conducted to assess the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the management of the pharmacy installation in Rumah Sakit Khusus Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar in order to support the implementation of the Public Service Agency (BLU). This type of research is qualitative, it’s assessing management performance in implementing any policies that have been determined in particular provisions to the functions set out in the pharmacy installation Minister Regulation Number 22 of 2003. This type of research is descriptive which describe and analyze research problems.
Based on the management audit of the inventory management acquired some findings. First, hospitals do not have an optimal planning in the preparation of formularies yet. Secondly, management does not have any optimal planning in managing inventory which related to budgeting necessity of pharmaceutical supplies. Thirdly, booking pharmaceuticals which urgent done without writing procedure. Fourthly, management does not have a reception procedures, organizing, and optimal control of the pharmaceutical supplies. Fifthly, hospitals do not have the optimal planning in terms of the rotation of employees.
