Abstrak :
Rizka Awalia Mustakim (461 12 001) “Management Audit of Human Resourch (HR) Function of Regional Public Hospital Nene Mallomo Sidrap as Basic in HR Planning”. Supervisor I: Sukriah Natsir, S.E., M.Si, Ak, and Supervisor II: Drs. Muhammad Jayadi, M.Si.
This study attempts to assess the effectiveness of the human resources (HR) function on regional general hospital Nene Mallomo Sidrap .The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach.
The result of this research shows the results, 3 (three) function of human resources in Nene Mallomo have been ineffective, namely development and planning career function, the assessment and retirees because those functions has been able to support the objective of the organization and has shown good results. 5 (five) another function are the recruitment, training and development, work safety and health and satisfaction work are not effective because they had not been some activity not based on government policy, could not support achievement of organizational goal and has can’t shown good result
